The company communicated with me thoroughly before the appointment & the technician kept me up to speed with everything he was doing while he was here. All around great service.

When we responded to a TV ad special for $99 to clean and service our AC unit we expected the usual bait and switch or upsell of unnecessary repairs. We were completely wrong and very impressed with this company. They did a very thorough and excellent job. We ended up signing up for the service contract at $19.a month and it has been the best investment for our home. They have came out three times since then and Star Wars our air conditioner, checked our plumbing, and their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend these people.

Marco came out for an emergency repair after 9 pm and did a great job. Very diligent even late in the evening.

Tyler and his team were awesome. They answered our questions and kept us informed on everything they were doing. They made sure everything was done with professionalism. We enjoyed having them around.

First and foremost the hospitality they showed us was unbelievable!! It made us feel like we knew them for years and on top of that the service was incredible they fixed our unit that we thought it was irreparable will definitely be the first call I make every time for air conditioning repair!

Year check up for new HVAC system. Ross was here, did an amazing job, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He walked through everything he did, made recommendations, and took his time to explain things. Great job!

Marco, with On Time Experts was amazing! Super efficient, and he explained everything along the way. He had a very long day, and was at our home until 8:00 pm. That really speaks volumes about his work ethic and character. Most people would have rescheduled for another day. He showed up with a smile on his face, and did an amazing job!

Juan did a great job! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and shared helpful information about our system and how it works. So glad he was able to help us!

My service technician came out earlier than expected he was very neat and well groomed not to mention he had the coolest smile he also had unlimited knowledge of product and operations he did a fabulous job cleaning the interior and exterior of the AC unit he immediately recognized a small problem that

couldve turned into a huge problem and made the adjustment at a very reasonable cost I must say we are very very pleased you made our holiday weekend stress free and safe . Thank you good people.

We have had wonderful service from On Time Experts. David came out to follow up and inspect our new HVAC system and was so thorough, professional and patient with all of our questions. He made great suggestions to help us work out issues with our air flow (home construction issue, not OTE service) and came back today to install a new vent. He was so personable and did an amazing job!

We had such a good experience with George today. The high in Dallas today was 33, and I realized my thermostat was not getting any power. He came out same day, put in a new disconnect box and transformer. Heat is back up and running once I get a new Ecobee (power surge blew it out). He was courteous, polite and very helpful.

Angel and George showed up when they said they would and gave wonderful and thorough service. They even had to run to Home Depot but they made sure I had heat before they were done. They worked with us and got it fixed for now. We 100% be going with them for the replacement we will need befor next season!!

Reviewing for my friend, his second year to use these guys and he loves them. Very thorough and detailed inspection and cleaning. George the tech was very informative on a possible new system too but was not pushy!!

I have been using this company for years. They are a great company with wonderful staff. George, our technician today arrived promptly, he communicated services clearly, he was professional, his work was thorough, and he was kind.

I used On Time Experts today for the first time. It was a great experience from my very first phone call to schedule the appointment. The office staff was friendly and very efficient. My appointment was confirmed several times to be sure I would be home and I received updates concerning their exact arrival time. The techs George & Marcos were awesome . Very polite and friendly with both me and my dog . Every step of the inspection and cleaning was explained and documented . I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and feel confident about that decision . I highly recommend this company .

Keelan was very thorough. He asked questions and explained the process. It was such a pleasure working with him. I felt like he did everything to resolve the plumbing issues. A+ customer service!

I used this business and I was so surprised at how professional and genuine they are. Gabe was my technician and he was absolutely transparent and patient explaining what they do and the services they provide. ERIC, was my technician who showed up, on time, after two prior communiques by OTE customer service confirming his arrival (impressive in itself) Eric respectfully introduced himself and went straight to work, donning "courtesy booties" to prevent mud-tracking in my house, and started dismantling my indoor HVAC unit. He showed me the dirt/dust build-up on the motor housing, etc and took it outside to rinse it off (minus the motor itself) Then he checked the rest of the interior unit components for 'wear & tear' etc and gave me intel on those parts.

When finished with that task he promptly went outside (with my garden hose in hand) to rinse out the exterior system unit and also perform a maintenance check on all parts and components outside. I didn't "check up on him" during his service, but certainly trusted that he was being thorough and complete in his work, knowing the good reputation of the On Time organization.

He did turn on the unit for me before he left to let me see/hear how it was running and it seems to be operating optimally. Upon his departure Mr. Eric shook my hand and gave me a company brochure with his direct number on it, in case I had any specific questions pertinent to this call. All in all it was a very pleasant, professional, positive experience and I would certainly recommend this company to neighbors and friends and contacts I have in my community. Thank You

On-Time Experts always do an amazing job! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Today is plumbing preventative maintenance which includes checking all faucets for leaks, any potential plumbing issues, and they flushed my water heater; we have hard water in this area and there was a build-up.

On Time experts showed up within a couple of hours of my call, analyzed the problem and resolved a major issue in a reasonable amount of time. Although they could not resolve the problem immediately, they stayed on it and communicated with me often, keeping me informed. Clint was the technician who came out and resolved my issue. He was competent, friendly and very professional. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Aude was great! He was stepping in to a repair already in progress started ny Charles. We had to order parts to finish the job. Charles and Aude had great communication so there was no confusion. He installed the parts quickly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. I also worked with Lily on the office, she was friendly, smart and efficient. This is my first time to use On Time-BOTH plumbers were great! 2 out of 2=100% AWESOME!

Justin was on time and detailed with all his work from looking at the cause of issue and explaining how to resolve each. He had to order additional part and was punctual on his appt time and installed efficiently. Would recommend On Time Experts as a business and definitely ask for Justin to service your home.

George and Gilbert came to do a routine maintenance and got my AC / heat pump working better. The cleaned and fixed everything and replaced a capacitor that was going bad. Clint and Nathan came by today to flush out my hot water heaters On Time installed last year. They were actually early which fit my schedule today. But they got them both hot water heaters flushed out, inspected the hot water heaters and all the plumbing fixtures in the house and fixed an out side spigot that's been causing me issues quickly and professionally. We are very happy to be Front of the Line members.

Our service rep DJ was outstanding. We had new air ducts installed in our home and with this Texas heat he made sure that the air quality and temperature were set in our home. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the On Time Experts and DJ.

My father in laws AC unit went out and I just want to say this company went above and beyond. Joey the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Joey stepped up and made sure to get my elderly father in law a portable unit so he wouldn't be uncomfortable. My air conditioning went out this morning, so I called my home warranty company and they said it would be 3 - 4 days before they could come. I remembered On Time Experts add and called them. They sent a tech in 45 mins. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He explained how everything works and what we needed. I highly recommend and wouldn't call anyone else. I signed up for their membership too that has great benefits!

I had a drain line clog in my washer line. Alex R. Came out. Got to my house in less than an hour. He was super professional. Explained everything along the way, best plumbing experience I've had by far, no comparison. Once he got that taken care of, he took a look at my water hose line that had busted and recommended replacement options for that as well. Will definitely be going forward with Alex and the on-time experts from now on for all of my plumbing needs.

These guys fixed out unit after 7 pm which is rare. Jarod and Nick showed and they were professional and quick. Jarod figured out the issue in less than 5 minutes. Jarod explained what went wrong and also how things work just in case. 11/10 work.
