How does your Price Lock Guarantee work?
Your final cost won't exceed 10% over our estimate. If we finish early, you only pay for actual time used. This guarantee applies to all local moves with no hidden fees.

Are your movers trained?

I needed to move a ton of heavy gym equipment, including a commercial treadmill, a full squat rack, and several hundred pounds of cast iron weight plates, from my basement in Bella Vista out to a new garage setup in Havertown. EverSafe Moving sent out Adam and Pierce, and these guys were absolute powerhouses. They arrived with all the right heavy-duty straps, dollies, and tools to disassemble the rack safely.

They had to navigate a tight, narrow basement staircase with awkward angles, but they took their time and didn't scratch the drywall once. Jon in the office followed up with me halfway through the day to see how the guys were doing, which was an amazing customer service touch. I will absolutely use them again.

EverSafe Moving Co checks off ALL the boxes! In my opinion Quality encapsulates Value, Professionalism, Responsiveness. They were a breath of fresh air compared to any and every contracted person/company I have had to hire during my entire moving process. So many are not very communicative and don't want to take on small jobs over the big ones or travel or work. EverSafe does it all! You can tell they cared from the first phone call! Had I known how lovely they would be in person, I would've added more to my move. (I had a horrific experience 6yr ago with another mover that damaged so much) Lou/Drew were an impeccable representation of their service and they truly wrap EVERYTHING to ensure your furniture gets out safe and into the next place safe and secure; they clean up after themselves too.

I loved them (and the music they played from their phones) so much I took an extra sign to post at my mother's house who lives in a neighboring town but on a way busier street than me. My move was scheduled to begin at 10 AM; the two gentlemen working arrived a few minutes early, cleared things out quickly/safely, were kind enough to add some thing to the truck I had forgotten to include in the initial inventory when scheduling the move, and delivered the items to their destination promptly.

Highly recommend EverSafe. I used EverSafe last year for a long-distance move. From the initial quote process to the actual move, EverSafe was professional, straightforward, thorough, and communicative. They also had more reasonable rates than some other companies I contacted, and they were transparent and detailed about how they calculated their quote (some other companies just gave me really high numbers with no breakdown or explanation of costs).

The actual move also went smoothly with no problems -- the movers were efficient and careful, they kept me updated during their drive to my new place, they explained the cost of the move when they were finished, etc. All in all, I thought EverSafe did everything right, and I would not hesitate to hire them again and trust them with another move.

Jay was great in setting up the move (2 stops plus the final destination). Tracy and Drew were punctual, efficient, and professional; they were able to get the couch through a tight doorway I was almost certain wouldn't fit. The move came in under estimate. I would certainly use EverSafe again.

I live in Florida and was helping my son arrange a move in Philadelphia. His last move was terrible and the movers were slow and there were lots of added surprise fees at the end of the move. EverSafe Moving is very thorough with their quotes, we felt very comfortable booking them because they are so thorough. We went over every piece of furniture, the number of boxes with Rob, the owner, and then he confirmed everything and sent a detailed quote.

They even got us information on getting a permit with the city so no tickets were given for blocking the street. All went very smoothly, the two movers loaded quickly and efficiently, and the quoted price ended up being less than expected. My son was very happy with their service.

EverSafe handled a complicated interstate move to bring my mother in law closer to us in Philadelphia. We used them specifically because she has an antique piano, but due to costs and the condition of the piano, we did not want to pursue separate piano movers, The piano must have been about 500lbs and was very difficult to get out of her apartment and we grossly underestimated the amount of boxes she had after 50 years, but the EverSafe movers remained so kind and gentle with us and with her.

The move was further complicated because her new building had strict move in timeframe, which we just missed (no fault of EverSafe's, given the amount of stuff/piano!). They were absolutely stunning in handling the building staff and residents and got everything inside within 30 minutes. It was the most amazing thing I've ever seen, those movers were absolutely phenomenal! We were so apologetic for all the headaches - the stuff, the piano, the building rules - and everyone from the movers to the office staff stayed so positive and so kind. Couldn't say enough good things and I recommend them to everyone I know who's moving.

This was the best experience I could have asked for! Moving is such a stressful experience, but this crew of 4 men were so wonderful! They were on time, and so nice. The response was great. I had a last minute booking with just a few days notice and they were able to fit me in. Quoted a very reasonable price which was much lower than 2 other moving companies that I called and in the end the drivers billed me even less than the quoted price. The drivers were very professional and really worked hard to move my riding mower which was a must for me and they did it without complaint. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs moving services.

We recently had to make a move to a new location and discovered EverSafe through a Google search. I had called numerous companies, but felt the most secure with EverSafe. All of the details were handled professionally over the phone and I received an estimate of the proposed costs. The day before the move I was called to verify the time and the details of the move. On our moving day, we had two gentlemen arrive who proceeded to diligently wrap and load our furniture - both with phenomenal attitudes and a "can do" perspective.

They could not have been more accommodating! The load into the new home went smoothly, despite some very steep and tight spaced stairs. Again, the two gentleman worked tirelessly, with no grumbling or complaining (in fact, they were more positive than I was!). My family has moved more than I care to recall, and utilized many moving companies. I can honestly say that EverSafe was the best I have ever used! The two men, Fred and Edwin, were customer service icons and deserved to be highlighted for their expert work and customer relations! I wouldn't hesitate using EverSafe for all of my future moves!

I just used them this week to move furniture from my mother's house, to my house. They were great to work with over the phone. We got a very detailed written estimate. Moving day showed up on time. The furniture was going from Delaware to Philly. The guys did a great job of wrapping and padding the furniture, several large items. Once the furniture was moving into the house not one issue. The guys were easy to deal with and did a great job, I would highly recommend them and use them again.
