Called owner to come and look at water damage and possible mold I had in a wall of the house, Gavin showed up on time, gave me an honest estimate and finished work in a promptly manner. I was very pleased with the work they did and will use them again in the future.

I heartily recommend Cat3 Recovery. They are amazing and thank God we hired professionals. Gavin and his crew went above and beyond when I picked the wrong type of flooring than was needed after completing the mold work. They returned the old one picked up the new one coordinating with me and our home is now safe and beautiful. We can rest easy. We contact them Saturday after Storm. We hired them to remediate our condo. They got in early Sunday morning and gathered our furniture in middle of room cleaned & santanized the condo. Removed 2' of dry wall throughout condo. Price seemed a bit high but we had to react fast. No regrets. Devin, one of owners paid for Damage to refrigerator. Would recommend them.
