Alex, Sam, and Cole were nothing short of incredible! The whole experience with 1800WaterDamage was a breath of fresh air! Finding out your basement flooded is last thing you want, but this whole team is amazing. From the initial call in (at 10 at night), to my estimate, to the support I received filing a claim. I tried to help these guys clean out my basement, and Alex, Sam, and Cole (on a ridiculously hot day) all with a smile on their face said, to relax, we've got this! If you need water damage help, this if the team you need to call!

Amazing job! They came and went quick, they cleaned everything perfectly, and they talked us through every step of the way. The main tech Jared Church was great. Whenever he had a day off we couldn't wait for him to come back. He communicated everything clearly and did everything he could for us to be comfortable. He came to us when we were in a bad place and left with us happy and ready for what comes next.

After having a hot water tank go and flood my utility room, 1-800 water damage promptly came out, Jared quickly set up fans and a dehumidifier. Everyone was respectful and courteous and made a bad situation feel better. Thank you all, Judy Ryan

Alex and Jamon were very helpful with assisting me the water damage and giving me a solution to dry the water up with the humidifiers after the insurance company left me with minimal $$$ to fix the damages. I, definitely would recommend your company.

We had a leak in our guest bathroom due to a broken pipe. It flooded into our hallway and our closet. It was a mess. They got a plumber out to our house and he repaired the broken pipe. They brought out machinery to dry out the walls and closet. They came out several times to check on the progress. It was a great experience! Their people were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's never a great situation when they have to be brought in of course but under the circumstances I'm glad they were the ones doing the work. They kept us informed every step of the way and their communication, especially about the work that needed to be done, was top notch. I would highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage.

I had a plumbing emergency recently, and these guys really saved the day. Alex arrived very quickly after I called - same day, might have even been within the hour. He quickly assessed the situation and assured me that everything would be OK. The demo crew - Thomas, Jared, and Dylan - were all super cool, and worked quickly and professionally. They were all respectful of the home, and everything in it, while sanitizing everything and tearing down the waterlogged ceiling. 10/10 would call again

I cannot tell you how thrilled Darren Kilroy and crew. They were over the top in their expertise and professionalism. Friendly s and efficient They made what was a devastating problem into a calming one. Always called ahead and on time. Daniel from 1-800-WATER DAMAGE was both courteous and professional. He communicated with me regularly throughout the duration of my project and always showed up exactly when he said he would. Dan and his crew got the job taken care of quickly, thoroughly, and completely, and was very honest about what I would need to get done without pushing for excessive services.

He was trustworthy and took extra special care to put down floor covering and cleaned everything up spotlessly on the way out. He was really careful with my pets too and made sure they did not get outside or down the basement while he was working. We had several companies come in and quote us on remodeling our master bathroom and Delta was by far the best price. They were so easy to work with and accommodating to our needs as we navigated a remodel job during the pandemic. And they did an incredible job!
