I am so grateful that I found this company, my house flooded over Christmas weekend and they have been nothing but great. Very patient with the entire process including dealing with insurance and mortgage. Geoff, Levi, Ricardo, and Laura have been such a pleasure to work with. Our local 1-800-water damage crew are awesome! They came in and handled everything after our finished basement was soaked due to a faulty sump pump. From the initial estimate, clean-up and removal team, to the final project manager walk through, they did their best to make the process as easy as possible. No one wants to have to call a clean-up crew but if you do it's nice to know a company that cares for the people they serve. Thank you all.

We finally came to a close of our water damage due to a dishwasher leak that started end of September. The process working with our insurance was slow (3.5 months slow), but 1-800 worked with us and advocated on our behalf. They worked fast in dry out and remediation. They worked hard to keep navigating vendors off our shoulders and hired wonderful flooring, and electrical.

They also gave us unbiased options when it came to selecting new flooring. The journey was not without challenges, but I always felt supported. Very happy with the end result.

The crew from the Indianapolis 1-800 water damage were amazing. My refrigerator water line had a water leak that was unknown to me until it started seeping through my hardwood floors. They showed up and started the remediation process immediately. I chose to further use them to ensure my new flooring was installed properly and to finish the job. I highly recommend the crew to anyone in this situation. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage, Indianapolis Indiana, because they do everything to help the customer get back to normal following a disaster. They inspect, document, mitigate, rebuild and work directly with the insurance company. Called 1-800 Water Damage and Ricardo came the next day. He documented the damage with lots of photos and came-up with a plan on what needed to be done in the crawlspace and main floor. Rafael and his crew arrived cleaned-up water and mold in crawl space and removed wet flooring in closets, pantry and hall ways.

They set-up blowers and heppa filters in closets, pantry and hall ways to dry out the flooring and returned every day for a week to check moisture content of wet flooring. Ricardo provided photos and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to satisfy the claim. Simultaneously, Geoffery was developing a plan on what needed replaced. It was very detailed plan divided into closets, pantry, hall ways with costs for demolition, reconstruction, painting and cleaning for each area. Levi took the plan and scheduled all contractors to do the work. Geoffery provided the plan and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to satisfy the claim.

I bought a house not knowing of water damage before closing. I called 1800 Water Damage. They were the most professional quote I received so I hired them. It is a call I wish I didn't have to make but I don't regret it at all. The entire crew were great and the work they performed was extremely thorough. Although I have a lot of experience in home renovations, Ricardo and his team helped me expand my knowledge in dealing with water problems. They were super prompt and extremely professional! They dried out the effected area, and checked on it through the the process! We were very pleased. I did not know this but my insurance claims adjuster told me that remediation services were required for them to pay a claim. Hopefully I will not require their services again but if I do they will be my first call!

Everyone I have interacted with at this company has been great! We had a hot water line come apart and ran for about 4 hours. By the time we noticed our house was flooded but once we called 1800waterdamage they were out within the hour. They also came and checked in everyday and have experience with the insurance companies as well. We plan on having them do our renovations as well. Could not be happier
