Overall, good experience hereonly ran into a little issue. I needed two types of keys made, a simple one and a more complicated expensive key. The house key was fine, but I ran into issues with the more complicated key. They didn't make it right the first time, so I had to go back the following day to get it fixed. However, they were very nice about fixing it and did not charge me again! Would go back here again!

Nice establishment. Friendly staff, was immediately greeted upon entry and assisted. took about 2 minutes of even that long for my keys to be cut. Better then walking around on of the big box stores trying to find an employee to help. Great prices as well.

My grandma and I came yesterday because her lock was not working properly. They came right away to check the lock and propose a solution. Less than 24 hours later, we have a brand new lock that works great! I came to make a few copies and he was done in less than 2 minutes. I couldnt believe how fast it was! I own a business on the UWS and the deadbolt on our front door broke one day. Michael cant by to look at the issue and replace the part that was broken but, upon inspection, informed me that the wrong lock was put in place to begin with so he installed the replacement part he brought in with him to ride us over to the next day when he came back with a proper part and installed everything quickly and without any interruption to the business. Highly recommended should you ever need a great locksmith on the UWS!
