Tammy identified the root cause and addressed the issue keeping our house lay-out and our budget in mind. Where the budget did not allow, Tammy came up the option which paves way for long term solution, while doing necessary incremental installation.

Extreme Handiman is an electricity whisperer. He fixed 4 electrical problems at my home. Stove vent replacement, bathroom fan, wall heater wiring and ceiling lights that stopped working. Tommy came out to help me with a kitchen leak that persisted despite previous attempts by another handyman. He diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly! So impressed! Fantastic. Tommy did a variety of jobs for me - rewiring kitchen to switch from gas to electric, installing ceiling fans (including new wiring), customs shelves installed, new bathroom fans (including increasing size and cleaning vents), and new lighting fixtures (including new locations for recessed lighting). Basically, a mini remodel.Tommy was reliable, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable/creative about what can be accomplished.
He understood my design sense, and also had his own great design insights (particularly with lighting). Tommy was very green designed focused. Definitely recommend and I will use him in future projects.

Prompt, Professional Expert Service all without costing me a fortune. I purchased a brand new Water Heater and was determined to do the install until I looked at the older complicated Gas Lines. I called Tommy with my Emergency after 5pm and he was up for the challenge & on his way out within a few hours. He executed a Master Plumber Water Heater install in no time and did it all with sense of humor and a great attitude. If your looking for an honest plumber/electrician Tommy is your guy!
