the overall experience with communication was good until after the work was complete. i do believe the mold is back because the root problem was not addressed. a chemical was just sprayed to temporarily remove the mold. we have moved on to hire a reliable company to handle our issue. seems to be they move fast with business to get the money in their pocket and then that's it.

Stephen and his company Mold Xperts are the best in the business. Hes certified, insured, professional, responded immediately, the quality of his work is the best, his cleanup was impeccable. Ive used him twice and if I could give him 10 stars I would because he deserves it. Ive used much larger mold remediation companies in the past and their work was terrible in all aspects as compared to Mold Xperts.

I LOVE this company! So glad I went with them. I was hesitant to choose them because they didnt have many reviews here yet but all the other companies were going to take weeks to come out. So I had them come out for an inspection and even though they didnt find excessive mold in my house I still had them flush out the vents and I was just thrilled all around with their service, professionalism, flexibility, knowledge, and price. I trusted them completely. The communication was clear and detailed with pictures and videos. And when I got home my house just felt all around fresher. Im extremely pleased with them, so impressed and I highly recommend using them.

Stephen was fantastic! His very quick turnaround when mold was unexpectedly found during a home inspection kept my loan closing on pace. He carefully explained every aspect up front, and then did exactly what he said, when he said (quickly), at his (very reasonable) quoted price (no surprises). I hope I never have to need his services again, but if I do... I wouldn't go anywhere else.
