I was in search of someone to install an over-the-range microwave for me. It was a small but unusual and/or somewhat complicated project (for me anyway)... I left detailed voicemails of my needs with several contractors. Unfortunately, the majority of them never returned my calls (the couple that did just simply declined)... I was to the point of giving up and going a different direction with my kitchen remodel project and then I stumbled across Arron's name/number on a local Facebook group post (a post in which someone was looking for recommendations of a trustworthy contractor)... Arron was somewhat local to where I live so I decided to give it one last shot (sorta speak)... It was on a Saturday morning when I decided to give him a call and imagine my surprise when I started to leave my voicemail and he actually answered his phone (mid sentence) to let me explain my unusual needs to him. I told him of the deadline I was up against and not only did he assure me that he could get the job done but he went on to give me "his word" that he would have it done in my required timeframe. This conversation took place on a Saturday morning (mind you) so you can imagine my surprise when Arron called me back on Monday to set up a time, and then he showed up on time, not only with the help it took to get the job done but also all of the required tools and materials needed to properly do it, "on the following Tuesday" (only 3 days after my first initial phone call)... Not only did Arron and his crew do a "Top Notch" job, but they were in and out (with the mess totally cleaned up) within a couple of hours... I can without a doubt confirm that Arron is "A man of his word" and I would highly recommend that you give him the opportunity to prove that to you as well... YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED (especially after you receive the bill!)

I recently had my home remodeled by Patriot Property Pros and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! They handled everything professionally and were done within the time frame quoted. Kitchen upgrades, bathroom remodeling, and new floors. Arron and his crew were very likeable and polite. They also kept the construction area neat and clean. My house now feels like a new home! I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I had a shower remodel and could not be happier with the results! From start to finish the project was handled with the utmost of professionalism. The project was completed earlier than I expected and was perfect. My house was left clean and all materials were taken away and my property left clean as well. I highly recommend this company! You wont meet a nicer guy and his work is impeccable!

Aaron was amazing to work with. We had a complex issue with termite damage in a difficult to be accessed area of our house. We needed the work done in a short timeframe due to the sale of the home. Aaron delivered and even gave description after description of the work to satisfy not only us as his customer but the buyers and their realtor!

Arron was great from start to finish. We needed our bathroom remodeled and he came and gave us a quotation which was very reasonable. We accepted and the work was done to a high standard and finished on time. Will be using again for our kitchen remodeling and will also recommend to my friends and family.
