1-800 Water Damage was there when we needed them most. We've never experienced a water loss before and hope to never go through it again. However, if we ever do, we would call Jason Byrd at 1-800 Water Damage without question. Jason was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. Thank goodness I called 1-800-WaterDamage when a situation came up at my mom's on a weekend. Their team made sure to get the entire area dried out for us as soon as possible and walked us through the next steps, working with the homeowner's insurance along the way. Crossing my fingers we will not need that kind of help again but if we do I will call 1800WaterDamage, no question about it.

From the day we contacted 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, they were very responsive. They knew exactly what to do to rectify the water damage in our home. Jason visited our home and assessed the situation accurately, informing us of the process, how long to expect it to take start to finish, and keeping in contact almost daily. They worked closely with our insurance provider, and we never had to challenge any decisions. In addition, their site workers were friendly, respectful and always cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess behind. Hurricane Ida blew through our neighborhood, took apart the roof, it rained in our attic and then soaked the walls celings and then into the under flooring. Wyatt and Amanda explained everything to us in a way that made us comfortable. We let them know we had never had this happen while owning our home. They made sure we understood how the entire process works, some with different ways, but how your rebuild will be easier if 800waterdamage comes in to gut and dry out your home and other services. This 800waterdamage makes sure no mold will grow. I was truly overwhelmed by the damage done to our home. However, these folks sure made part of the process smooth. They were so kind and hard working. Lucia was amazing. This sweet young lady hauled some big pieces of equipment into our home and even went into the crawl space to ensure all the damage was addressed. Would I use them again without a doubt I will continue to recommend them and if ever needed Ill sure use them.

We had a flood in our master bathroom 3 days after we had a new LVP installed. The water ran downstairs through the floor to the basement. Jason was here within an hour of our phone call. He assessed the damage and had a team here within 2 hours. Much of the floor had to be removed. The moved furniture, boxes, covered our furniture with plastic. They cleaned up all the dust with their own equipment, brought in fans, heaters, and professional dehumidifiers. David and his helper visited every day until it was dry. He called to make sure the time was convenient and called again when he was 25 minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They did exactly what they said they would do on the timeline they said they would. SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, and EXPERISE! They exceeded our expectations!

My elderly parents had a minor water leak from their ice maker/water dispenser in their refrigerator. We had a leak that went down the wall and onto our guest bedroom carpet. David and Louisa were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jason, the owner, described in detail what needed to be done and was very helpful in guiding us how to proceed with the insurance. He assigned Junior and Louisa to do the work, which included thorough cleaning and monitoring of the affected area. Both Junior and Louisa were very professional, always on time, and effective. On top if this, they were extremely nice, polite and very pleasant to interact with. Water damage is never a pleasant event to deal with. However, we were lucky enough to encounter such people.
