We are a return customer and we like their service very much. I would have given them five stars except they were three spots left that They did not get out. Two were animal so I will not hold them responsible for that but one was just caused by the heel of my foot using the damper pedal on my piano. I believe that stain should have been easily removed. That said, I will hire them back again anyway.

I called Eastern Shore for my elderly mothers carpets in Lewes Delaware. They were able to move up our appointment due to a cancellation unexpectedlly which was a nice surprise. They came and gave her a quote once they looked ant size and when we approved the price they cleaned it the same day. She is thrilled and said her carpets look new again.

We have off white furniture in the den and it came out looking brand new. The living room furniture came out looking great too. They were on time and got the entire house done in 4 hours. Both young men were professional and they cleaned up nicely when they were done. I highly recommend this company.

They were so helpful in working with our schedule and then showed up exactly when they said they would. The cleaning itself turned out so good. We had bought a pre existing house with white carpet that had seen its better days. By the time he was finished it did not lok the same. I never would have guessed it would have improved that much. Such a pleasure dealing with them. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
