What a relief to have such speed in fixing the issue and now once more we have hot water and a safe water heater, and I now have back a number of hours I thought I would be home to wait. Rick was excellent! Explained everything before the job from start to finish so there were no surprises. Prep the place beforehand and didnt leave any mess when they were done. I had a tankless water installed and it was finished within the quoted time. All in all, a great experience, great work and communication.
