I am brand new customer. I had a NICE/ELAN smart home system installed in my newly built home about 12 years ago by a different vendor. Unfortunately they were not very interested in basic customer service unless it involved a significant installation or upgrade ($$$). I didn't think there would be anyone interested in taking over an existing system due to it being highly technical, proprietary, and complicated. Not so.
Jesse Kosko came out personally for an assessment and followed up with several significant upgrade options. The upgrade was extensive on the security side with 5 new cameras and cloud monitoring. Additionally I am an audiophile, and we upgraded much of the hardware and its configuration, much of which had fallen into disrepair.
I ended up spending some serious coin, and I picked Lynx because I am accustomed to dealing with professionals, both in my career and in life. They completely lived up to my high expectations.
This is a large and successful business, and it shows.

Lynx Systems came out very quickly, listened to my wants and ultimate desires and we came up with solutions for various monitoring methods. They created a system that can easily be added to and modified to grow the system as my needs change.
The instillation was one day, fishing wires through finished walls and the programmed the entire system. I would and have already recommended them to others who have had equal experiences with Lynx Systems.
