I was in the market for a bath renovation for my elderly mom - mainly to replace her jacuzzi for a walk in shower. I had already received a couple estimates from other companies but I ultimately ended up going with CKB! I actually stopped by the office about 10 mins before their office closed one day to get an idea of what they could do and what it would cost. Adam did not rush me at all, but took time to listen to my request and reason for the renovation and gave me some good ideas to think about. He has such a friendly and sincere demeanor I ended up booking for a measurement and estimate within that week. He was very professional, had some really nice suggestions for me to consider - things that I would not have known to even think to consider but glad his design took into account what we needed- like grab bars, bench, sliding door, etc, repurposing extra space that was left from removing the jacuzzi. We ended up going with a full bath remodel and we couldnt have been more pleased with the result. The process from design, contract signing, demolition, etc was pretty smooth! His PM, Alberto was amazing! He answered all my questions, was prompt, came regularly to check on the status, get my input on certain things, and was just an upstanding person to work with! The workmanship of his workers was top notch. Tiling, flooring, drywall, plumbing, painting -wow!
My husband and I enjoy working on projects together, but this was a project that needed to be done relatively quickly, within our budget, done professionally using quality materials, all with a beautiful look! City Kitchen and Bath met the criteria! We are so thrilled with how everything looked. It was a lot of work with workers going in and out and kids everywhere but by the grace of God, it was accomplished!! Thank you so much CKB for brightening our bathroom and making it easier and more comfortable for my mom!! We recently hired KCB to update three of our bathrooms. Just before work started a leak occurred from one of the bathrooms affecting the living room. From the start, adjustments had to be made!
