We came home to a broken stop and waste which resulted in our basement being flooded. I contacted my insurance company and the told me Paul Davis was one of the top companies to contact. Our assigned adjuster even stated that our insurance company usually doesn't question anything PD states needs repairing due to the flood. We are in the middle of repairs, but so far, are happy with what has been completed so far. When we ask for something to be redone, the GC is on top of the requests. Crossing my fingers and hoping everything is completed by the first week of December!đź«°

Our project manager, Carson Bybee, went above and beyond—clearly explaining each step, carefully overseeing the personal property inventory and non-salvage items, and making sure we were kept informed throughout the claim. He even ensured our belongings were returned to the correct rooms in our home, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of respect and care his team showed for our property.
Our repair manager, Tyler Fawson, was equally outstanding. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and proactive—addressing concerns I hadn’t even considered and pushing the project forward quickly so we could return home sooner. His professionalism gave us confidence that everything was being handled the right way.

I had a very good experience with Paul Davis we had a unfortunate event happen at our house so a guy from the Paul Davis company came that night at 10:00 p.m and immediantly picked up the carpet and pulled out the wet pad and threw it away and also got all the wet installation out and threw it away as well and then he put several fans around all over the place to dry out the wet ceiling and the carpet and he was at my house until after 1:00 a.m. then I had other men come ro my home and do other work to make sure the job gets finished. They have all been very kind and professional in their job.

I had a water leak from a cracked ice maker line in the kitchen. I had no idea when it started but I found large water bubbles in the basement ceiling. I contacted Paul Davis, they were there within 4 hours starting the cleanup. They remediated immediately to keep the House functioning. Insurance folks came the next day, between Paul Davis and the insurance folks everything was document and a plan was put together to complete the job. It was a long process because as Paul Davis was remediating they found other areas of water damage. In the end, they replaced the ceiling and 60 feet of dry wall in the basement. Dried out all the carpeting in the basement. They removed and replaced all the wooden flooring on the main floor so I took the opportunity to replace the cabinetry in the kitchen. They completed everything on time except for the flooring, it took two weeks longer because the quarter round molding was not available. All in, in all, I am quite happy with everything. The project manager was in touch with me everyday to let me know what was going to happen, when it was going to happen and if something was delayed, when he would be back on track.

Brandon checked the job site regularly and caught a few small details that could have easily been overlooked. For example, he took the time to verify flooring preferences with us. On Brandon's advice, we chose a different flooring option that was a better fit for the construction of the basement. This level of care and expertise ensured that everything was done right and to the highest standard.
The results are fantastic—the restoration work was completed to an exceptional level of quality, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out.
