The communication was great, and they were pushing to get the restoration done quickly (but still taking the time to make sure each step of process was completed correctly). On the question of pricing, my insurance company lined them up and paid for all services (minus my deductible), so I don't know how they are priced compared to other companies. Damaged ceiling looks like new

We had a major house fire that resulted in our home being almost a total loss along with most of our personal property inside. As hard as that was to go through, Paul Davis has been there from the beginning offering support, compassion, and excellent service. They helped make a hard situation so much better! We are now at the reconstruction phase, where they are rebuilding our house and Don Hull, our project manager, has been so great to deal with! He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and has been very prompt with answers to any questions we have had along the way. He also meets with us on a regular basis to ensure we know the current status of the construction and the next steps. Thank you Don and Paul Davis for helping us through this! Drywall is next. Can't wait!

My insurance company contacted them to contact me when I asked about a reliable company even though my roof leak and ceiling damage would probably not be covered. They assessed the problem, quickly resolved the roof issue prior to predicted wet weather. The bathroom ceiling was removed, insulation removed and new installed, and the ceiling repaired. it Wass done very efficiently and without drama. thanks.

I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration. We had two separate water damage incidents and they were there so quickly. They are also very knowledgeable and made our experience very simple. John and Dylan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Hope you don’t experience flooding in your home… but if you do I would absolutely recommend Paul Davis Restoration.

I believe the communication could have been better at the start of the project. I then started getting weekly updates from Seyona Creger, which saved the project. She went beyond in her customer service and made the final project wonderful. The men that came out were professional and very helpful. I would recommend this company to do your restoration.

Austin has been very attentive, kind and respectful to work with. He promptly returns phone calls and texts with answers to our questions. His priority has been to make sure all the work done has been to our satisfaction. He made us feel like we were his top priority! All the work done was great quality! We are happy with their services! I would hire them again if needed. I would make sure we get Austin to over see our project! He did a great job!

I can only speak to the professionalism and responsiveness of the team so far, and it's been exceptional! They were quick to get the water damage under control and always kept me in the loop. They would call/text prior to coming and were within minutes of the timelines they gave me for arriving at the house. Kinda unreal to see this in todays world of generally poor customer care (Except for Chick-fil-e of course, they are a very close 2nd to Paul Davis). We are waiting now on the insurance adjusters...so Good Quality and Good Value are yet to be seen.

From the minute I opened the door to let them in to assess the damage, I was impressed. Clean and neat uniforms, face masks, shoe covers and ready to get to work! They sent the mitigation estimator as well as the remodel estimator so we were working with the whole team from the very beginning. They kept us informed on the progress and what would happen next. They showed up when they said they would and got straight to work. Now the mitigation is done we are happily anticipating the remodeling. A great company with so many wonderful workers. Thanks!

Finding a trustworthy contractor can be a very difficult task. There are always questions like, "Will the quality of work be adequate?", Or "is this company over charging me?" I had the same questions when my insurance company referred me to Paul Davis. However, I am happy to report that not only were my expectations met, but Paul Davis restoration went above and beyond what any company should be expected to do. The contractor was extremely professional and kind and did a great job. On the back end, their customer service knocked it out of the park when a bump in the road came up.

Paul Davis Restoration of Utah did a fantastic job on mitigation and restoration on my kitchen. It was so upsetting to have my kitchen taken a part but the project manager, Gabe, was patient, kind and competent at helping me to cope and getting all the work completed beautifully and professionally. My restored kitchen is absolutely beautiful and all the work was done very professionally.
I highly recommend Paul Davis, and specially, Gabe, as the project manager. He handled my insurance, the linoleum, cabinets and all problems that came up as the work was in progress.
The mitigation work was done quickly and efficiently by the mitigation manager, as well.
