Vasily and Katrina were excellent to work with! Vasily did a fine job on a siding replacement for my home, I would have expected to pay more for the quality of work done! KV Construction did a really nice job of installing Hardie siding on our new shed. They also installed a soffit, trim detail and caulked the entire shed for us. They were very responsive and took steps to work us into their schedule and complete the job before a storm arrived. And their post-project cleanup was great.

After going through the LP siding replacement process twice I realized the fool I`de been, it was time to replace it all.j I tried 5 siding contractors in our area and they were all to busy or not equipped to do the job. I called Vasliy from his CL add and had an appointment the next day.
I must admit I was a little leary of an outfit from 2 counties over but we were desperate.
Vasily showed up on time with a trunk load of samples and went over every detail of how and when the job would be done. On day 1 the crew showed up with a dumpster, honey pot and every emaginalbe tool for the job. Yuri and his crew went right to work putting in 9-10 hr days with 3-4 hours of raod time. It was non stop with those guys and in 2 weeks we had a new home.
From my experience I give them the highest recomendation there is.

KV did a siding repair job on a 25 year old house, replacing approx 50% of LP siding that had gone bad. KV was very professional, on-time and did a great job. As I told the owner when I paid the invoice, they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Would definitely recommend KV Construction.

Vasily and his team did a great job installing hardie siding, cedar shake siding, and cedar trim on my 2nd story addition and complete house remodel project. They pay attention to detail. They did a super job caulking with Quad Max oil based caulk. My house looks fabulous. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Vasily surveyed the work beforehand, let me know ways I could cut my costs, arrived on time as promised after having sent me a reminder a day before, worked hard with his assistant, and did a professional job to the degree that I am astounded that the project didn't cost twice as much. He is polite, genuine, honest and thorough. I heartily recommend him for siding and windows. I am completely satisfied, in fact delighted.
