Shane and team responded quickly to replace a 50 gallon water heater and reconfigured a t&p line, rate was extremely competitive. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.
To follow up on another appointment Shane came out within 4 hours to troubleshoot a clogged toilet plus plus a pressure valve on an additional toilet to alleviate a big problem in the future. Very happy customer will definitely reach out again as needed.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and they had next-day availability, which was a huge plus. I even received a confirmation email, so I knew everything was set. The plumber arrived early and called ahead to ask if it was okay to come sooner – which I appreciated. The job was to adjust the gas line behind the stove so my new stove could sit properly against the wall, and the plumber completed everything quickly and efficiently. Great communication, fast service, and top-notch professionalism. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Towne Plumber was incredible! They scheduled my service promptly and accommodated my availability. Jake called ahead of time to confirm the time of his arrival. He was professional in every aspect. He diagnosed my problem and repaired it quickly. After repair, a small leak in a copper pipe was exposed and he repaired that too! Price was very fair and I’m grateful to now have a trusted plumber!

Towne Plumber to the rescue. We had someone come in to do some major plumbing and the guy was a plumber wanna be. He did not know what he was doing. We ended up calling Towne Plumber and Shane came in within a couple of hours and he and his assistant cleaned up and redid everything correctly and professionally. We highly recommend this company for any small or big job you would need. We truly appreciate their work and honesty.
