Kevin and Ken installed a tankless water heater at my home - I messaged them on FB and received a quick helpful response, sent a few photos and they were able to come out and install. The whole service from contact to finish was friendly, helpful, quick, and they even informed me of a couple of things they noticed that need to be addressed while here, going above and beyond the service requested! They know what they're talking about and truly care about their customers.

Today Tanner Grice of THS Plumbing did his usual first-rate job. Replacing weakened and missing water delivery pipes on the water heater; tightening a faucet that was almost impossible to reach from beneath the cabinet; and crawling through the attic to determine if our exhaust fans expelled through the exterior. They did (new home, so I was not sure).

I know plumbing and I know the trades. THS Plumber is the absolute best Plumber in the business. They are talented, professional and most of all they are completely fair. I no longer request a quote, I just call them, because I know that they are trustworthy and stand behind their work. They never nickel dime you, they never try to over sell you. You just call them and the job is done correctly. Period. If you are lucky enough to find THS Plumbing them you are lucky enough.

Quick friendly and accurate. Tanner was excellent in knowing what the problem was and quickly fixed it. I asked about another issue I had and he also knew what it was and fixed it with ease. Not over charged or tried to do more work then necessary. Will be using and referring to THS plumbing from now on.

We had spent a week with another plumbing company trying to install our 28 gallon (tight space) condo water heater - result was no hot water for a week(try that for fun). Finally gave up on first plumbing company after two tries to complete install. I called Tucker plumbing on Monday and install completed Tuesday with no issues. So easy to work with. They also took extra effort to organize permit to limit delay for us. Thank you Mikala for your assistance and speed.

Andrew was on time, courteous and efficient. He talked to me about what he needed to do first instead of just charging ahead which I appreciated being informed. The kitchen line was packed with sludge, grease, and just use and all efforts could not clear the line ( pressure, snaking, vacuum) He cut the line, cleaned all of it outside with water and reassembled. There was still some slow draining So he snaked through the roof and turned me on to a product bioclean that can help maintain all my sewage lines from grease, hair etc. Now what plumber would give you advise that is a preventative ...WOW. Andrew was very good. The supervisor Ken stopped just to check on the work which I also appreciated. It was a flat fee even with all this work and time. I highly recommend this company.

Kevin Tucker and his crew have done work for me for over 10 years. I own numerous properties in this area and have seen my share of contractors and Kevin is light years ahead of the field.
