Services
Our drain and sewer service covers wastewater pathways from kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, commercial areas, and exterior connections to the main sewer line. We perform cleaning, inspection, repair, installation, and replacement as needed. Repeated clogs can indicate more than surface buildup, so we assess for grease, soap, hair, debris, roots, damaged pipe, and improper slope when determining the source.
We offer hydro jetting when a drain or sewer line requires more than a temporary path through a clog. Unlike a plumbing snake, which generally opens a route through an obstruction, hydro jetting removes buildup from a larger portion of the pipe interior. Our process starts with an evaluation, followed when appropriate by camera inspection. If the line is suitable, pressurized water is used to clear accumulated material safely.
We offer emergency plumbing assistance for unexpected conditions that cannot reasonably wait until regular business hours. A burst pipe, sewer backup, leaking water heater, major leak, overflowing toilet, failed well pump, or broken water line can require immediate attention. We assess the affected plumbing, control active water or sewage flow, identify the failed component, and explain whether repair or replacement is needed.
A plumbing leak may appear as dampness, unusual odors, reduced pressure, or water movement when fixtures are turned off. We use inspection, meter testing, pressure testing, electronic listening equipment, thermal imaging, moisture meters, and line-isolation testing to locate hidden water. Once identified, we repair the failed component and test the line before restoring normal service.
When aging plumbing causes recurring problems, we evaluate whether repair or repiping makes greater sense for the home. Frequent leaks, cloudy or rust-colored water, low pressure, corrosion, and aging pipe materials can indicate more extensive deterioration. We review the system before defining the necessary work. New piping may improve pressure consistency and reduce issues associated with restricted older lines.
We address water line issues by determining where damage occurs and how readily the affected piping can be reached. Depending on the situation, the work may include excavation, removal of a failed section, installation of approved piping, reconnection, and testing. When replacement is needed, we plan the route and material around local conditions, water demand, access, and long-term reliability.
We install, replace, and repair water heaters to help maintain dependable hot water throughout the household. Traditional systems commonly last about eight to twelve years, and repeated repairs may become less practical as equipment ages. We can assess whether repair or replacement is appropriate, explain available options, provide a clear estimate, and complete the selected work carefully.
Our service covers both water softener installation and repair for residential water-quality needs. Hard water minerals can contribute to scale around fixtures and inside equipment, while also affecting dishes, laundry, and cleaning. We test the water, calculate the required capacity, install the system, configure regeneration, verify operation, and explain cleaning and maintenance procedures.
We manage commercial plumbing repairs and installations involving higher-capacity equipment, multiple restrooms, floor drains, backflow prevention, grease-management equipment, and frequently used fixtures. Our services include urgent repairs, scheduled maintenance, replacements, renovations, and large installations. We also coordinate with property managers, contractors, engineers, inspectors, and other trades to support accurate planning and avoid conflicts.
We provide sump pump installation and repair when below-grade areas are exposed to groundwater or drainage problems. During evaluation, we inspect the basin, discharge route, electrical supply, drainage conditions, and existing equipment. We also investigate causes of failure such as power loss, motor problems, clogged intakes, frozen lines, damaged valves, improper sizing, corrosion, and age.

Pro Flo plumbing fixed two issues in our home that we had been putting off. The price was fair, our plumbers were outstanding and both jobs were done right.
Pro Flo also has now helped the nonprofit animal shelter my wife and I work with (APS Caswell) twice and did a great job for the shelter as well. When you go with Pro Flow, you can count on knowledgeable professionals explaining everything thoroughly, and getting the job done right for a reasonable price. I know my family are Pro Flo customers for life.

I was doing a 2nd floor toilet drain that included old cast-iron 4 inch vertical pipe. That pipe had completely deteriorated at the Bell and I did not know how to fix. Pro flow Plumbing came in about an hour and a half. They took a look at the situation and gave me two options. They could fix For a lot of money or they told me what Fernco fitting I could use to reconnect the broken cast-iron Bell to the PVC. I gladly paid the service call charge because their advice was well worth that charge.
I recommend Pro flow plumbing because they could have told me the expensive fix was the only option. Glad to see honesty still prevails for some companies!
