Rodent access points to the house were located and sealed off. Traps were set where rodent activity was noticeable and the traps
were inspected on regular basis and reset if necessary. Gareth explained what was required and efficiently carried out the work.

We've used Certech for almost 6 yrs now at our restaurant. We just opened a new restaurant that had horrible roach issues. They have eliminated all the roaches. I called Certech for a summer ant issue and couldnt be happier with the results. They scheduled my appointment quickly and handled everything with total professionalism.
My technician, Gareth, was incredibly nice, thorough, and professional. He used a targeted baiting strategy inside and treated the exterior perimeter with a spray. Its been about 10 days since the treatment (done on 5/16) and the results speak for themselvesthe ants are completely gone from the inside, and Ive only seen a couple of strays outside which have now disappeared too.
Their pricing for a one-time service is incredibly reasonable, especially for the high quality of work and peace of mind they provide. Certech is an excellent choice and I highly recommend them.

I have been a client of Certech for six years. They consistently deliver stellar service and at a great price. They are always on time and have great communication before and during every visit. For instance, we keep our backyard gate locked, so they call every quarter to schedule a convenient time for the service rep to come by. Although every rep we have worked with was friendly, professional and respectful of our property, our current rep Jonathan is amazing. He's been our rep for two years. Every time Jonathan visits, he takes great care in removing spider webs and thoroughly spraying the property. He does his job with joy, which is what I feel knowing the insects are under control! Jonathan always asks about my family and is such a genuine person. I never thought I would love a pest control company this much!

Certech was able to send a person out the following day after making appointment, which was good as we tried unsuccessfully to eliminate the ants with multiple attempts prior. The treated inside and out which seemed to have done the trick. We only had a few stray ants for a couple of days but after a week no more ants were seen. It's only been 3 weeks, but we haven't seen any more as of yet.

We had Justin come to our apartment building to address a bed bug issue in one of our units. Certec arrived on time and after their treatment the tenant was pleased and bugs were remediated. However as fate would have it after 4 or 5 months the bugs resurfaced and Justin was quick to respond and returned in a rainstorm to retreat the unit at no cost- if you have bed bugs Certec should be on your vendor list

The Certech team arrived on time and did all the planned work in a professional way. They went under the house and set traps. They returned this week for an inspection and will do so until we have no rodent activity. I had an intrusion from a ground squirrel and Justin came out the following day and concreted the area and solved the problem. They are a great company.
