Services
Our bathroom remodeling process begins with an in-home consultation, measurements, and a detailed estimate based on your actual room. We then finalize selections, coordinate permits, complete demolition and necessary repairs, and install the waterproofing system before tile. The same in-house crew manages the work through completion. We finish with a walkthrough and address your list before the project is complete. 
For each custom shower, we begin with consultation and design before moving into demolition and construction. We establish the tile layout, niche and bench placement, slope, drain type, waterproofing plan, budget, and timeline. The shower pan is built and sloped, the membrane is bonded and flood-tested for 24 hours, and glass is fitted afterward. 
We transform existing tub alcoves into roomy walk-in showers while maintaining the established footprint when possible. Our service can include a waterproofed pan, tiled walls, a niche, frameless glass, and other selected features. Before work begins, we review the existing conditions and explain the scope, including whether moving the drain or modifying the slab is necessary. 
Our tile and natural stone installations are built around precise preparation, accurate layouts, and lasting performance. We inspect substrate flatness and moisture, address cracks with appropriate membranes, and establish the layout before setting begins. Porcelain, ceramic, glass, mosaic, large-format tile, and natural stone are installed with attention to grout alignment, movement joints, and proper sealing. 
We approach flooring installation as a complete system rather than simply placing planks over an existing surface. Our service includes slab testing, product selection, subfloor preparation, moisture mitigation, acclimation, and installation using approved methods. Whether the project involves hardwood or LVP, we document relevant conditions and complete the floor with trim and thresholds. 
We prepare and waterproof the surfaces beneath tile and flooring so the finished installation has a sound foundation. Our work includes repairing and flattening subfloors, installing continuous bonded waterproof membranes, sealing seams and penetrations, and flood-testing shower pans for 24 hours. We also measure slab moisture where required before flooring installation begins.

After having a new quartz countertop installed, we needed somone to attach our dishwasher to kitchen cabinets. The dishwasher had been connected to the old kitchen counter and screwing anything into quartz is not recommended. VL PRoconstruction not only would take a smaller job like this but actually wrote down step by step how he would do the job. The detailed proposal got him the project. He came this morning and within an hour and a half had the dishwasher connected to the cabinets, leveled and it is now solid as a rock. This guy is a total pro and I recommend him to anyone. Is there anyone out there cheaper? Maybe, but there's nobody better. I'm sure of that!
