Yury was exceptional! Our AC went out in the evening and it was very hot outside. We called that night and Yury was able to come out the very next day! He figured out the problem quickly and solved it perfectly. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure he was checking everything he could. He did not try to upcharge me on anything and was very reasonably priced for the time and effort he spent. I will absolutely be using him again if I ever have any future issues.

Where do I begin? Orion HVACs service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Talk about a team that seems very cohesive and not only dealing with customer inquiries, but scheduling, and workmanship. They provided me with excellent service. They helped me decide on the best equipment for my needs, dealt with the insurance/warranty company, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The team that they sent to my home for the installation was so professional. They made the necessary modifications, had superb attention to detail, and made me feel that my requests were important to address. The suggestions I made for them, since this is my home, and I know it better than most, were taken, with a sense of care and understanding. They were so thorough in making sure that everything was done right. Victor even checked my ductwork for proper airflow and patched up a few spots. I feel very comfortable and confident, knowing that my HVAC system was installed properly and with care.
UPDATE: additional work was required including replacing an outdated vent pipe on the roof with a new metal one with a wider diameter to allow better airflow for venting. They also replaced a defective pressure sensor part on the furnace. The entire team including Yury, Victor, Ruslan, Joon, and Alex made it easy to coordinate services and repairs. Alex in particular came up with a great solution to secure the now taller vent pipe on the roof to protect from wind and other potential weather pitfalls.
Orion HVAC gets a very high recommendation from me :)

Happy to have chosen Orion to do a diagnostic when my AC was turning on but not blowing cold air. They were here in less than 30 minutes and at a low cost. My AC was not cooling down my house. I have dual zones. I had another company come out and tell me that I needed a new board, which he quoted about $800 with install. I got a second opinion with Orion and I'm so happy that I did. Constantine came out and told me that there was nothing wrong with my board and figured out the problem... saving me from a shady tech. Now my AC is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to call Orion again. They are honest and get the job done.

Our heater stopped heating, and I called them. Within five minutes, they had found a technician who could come to our house. He came within two hours, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, without having to add any new parts, which was what the previous Company said it required. They charged a minimal service fee and were out within 20 minutes. I very much appreciate their honesty, expediency, and work product. Will definitely use them again.

Victor and Feliks did great work. They took their time to accurately diagnose and repair the issue with my AC unit that has plagued me for 6 years. They explained to me what the issue was, how they diagnosed as well as how it will be repaired. My AC is now ready for summer. Yury the manager was amazing as well working with AHS to ensure that my system would be properly covered. Ashley and Hannah who work in the office were always ready to answer my calls and very polite. I would recommend Orion to anyone having AC issues. I am beyond satisfied.

The entire Orion HVAC team was outstanding from scheduling to arriving on time to performing the repair on my air conditioner. I called Friday night after hours, thinking I would not get anyone until sometime the next week, but Alex come out the next day. He was nothing short of amazing at how professionally he looked at the system and repaired it so quickly. It runs and feels like I just put in a new unit instead of just making a repair to my old one.

Alex was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He got right to the root of the problem with my HVAC. Cleaned out the system. It was filthy. Changed out some parts. He showed us the parts he was exchanging and explained why. He suggested we update the system with new thermostats and we will take his advice. Everything was done in one visit. Everything was explained and priced accordingly. We were very pleased with the work done and how well our system is now working. I highly recommend Orion HVAC.
