Just wanted to thank David and RJ for their efficient response and service. I called yesterday morning and their customer service representative was able to send out plumbers in as little as 2-3 hours. I shortly after received a text with the name and picture of the plumber who would show up to assist me. Thats a great feature for security purposes. David also sent me a text message when he was arriving. He assessed the situation and quickly gave me a quote, luckily for me the work was completed all in one day. Dominic and Jose were super friendly and did a great job with fixing our showers and toilets! Can't praise this plumbing service enough. This is my second time and they are professional. On the first call we had a shower issue on a holiday weekend and they came out right away. I had one toilet install and another toilet fixed and faucet change on the sink. All was done nicely. Billy was the plumber that did it all. He had a clean work environment and was efficient with his time. My husband and I will only use Henley plumbing service for future plumbing needs. Their workers are friendly, curious and professional.

I had multiple plumbing issues, including a non-stop running toilet and an upstairs shower leaking down onto the first floor through my ceiling. I was beyond stressed. I reached out to Henleys Plumbing & Air, and they were incredible. They sent out a technician the same day. Francisco was awesome. He was able to repair the shower issue and install a new toilet for me all within 24hrs of my call. The ladies that work in the office were super kind and kept me updated. Henleys is the only plumbing Ill use going forward.

I recently noticed a sulfur smell coming from around my water heater and needed to get it checked out. After searching on Yelp I found Henleys Plumbing and Air. They responded to me promptly and sent David Casillas and RJ out to do a safety inspection on it shortly after. The communication was excellent throughout the process. David performed the tests and identified the source of the leak. He recommended to replace some parts that would solve the issue and bring my water heater up to code. David and RJ are very professional and did the work thoroughly as agreed upon. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Henleys provides top-notch service! I initially called because water was backing up into my shower from what I thought was a simple clog turns out it was a much bigger issue. David and Alejandro were incredibly professional and walked us through everything they found, even showing us the camera footage so we fully understood the situation. Within just a few days, they had replaced our water heater and installed a brand-new sewage line with a clean-out in the front yard. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. Im so grateful for their hard work and honesty Ill definitely be calling Henleys again in the future!

Quick service! We were able to get an appt within 24 hours and get the problem fixed. Joshua was super helpful and respectful. We have a new baby in the house and he was very considerate of him sleeping in the room nearby. He let me know when it would get noisy so we could be prepared. While no one ever wants to need a plumber, we would definitely use Henleys again in the future!

We called Henley's to schedule our 6-month HVAC inspection. They showed up right on time and did a very thorough job inspecting the unit and ducts. They are always professional and we appreciate their quality work.
