Services
Gutters & Gutter Guards
Our approach to gutter services begins with examining the existing drainage system and identifying the most appropriate long-term solution. We may recommend straightforward adjustments or replacement with seamless gutters tailored to your home. Available aluminum and copper options deliver lasting functionality. We also install protective guards that reduce debris accumulation and help maintain steady drainage.
Roof Repair
Our roof repair services focus on resolving existing damage while preventing more expensive problems. We handle roof leaks, deteriorated shingles, and damage caused by storms or general wear. Every project begins with a thorough inspection and straightforward explanation of recommended work. We prioritize lasting repairs, fair pricing, and clear communication throughout the entire process.
Roof Replacement
A deteriorating roof can create moisture problems, recurring repair expenses, and unnecessary concerns about your home's protection. We replace compromised roofing systems with carefully installed materials designed for durability. Our team identifies existing damage, outlines appropriate solutions, and provides honest pricing. We complete installations efficiently while respecting your property and minimizing interruptions to daily activities.
Rubber Roofing
Our rubber roofing solutions combine practical maintenance requirements with dependable resistance to moisture and weather exposure. We assess EPDM membranes for punctures, weakened seams, ultraviolet deterioration, and standing-water damage. Depending on the roof's condition, we recommend targeted repairs, protective coatings, or complete replacement. We explain our findings clearly and complete the necessary work with minimal interruption.
Siding Installation
Enhance your home's curb appeal and exterior security with siding installed by our skilled team. We provide durable vinyl products offering flexible design possibilities, convenient upkeep, and protection against changing seasons. Our customer-focused process includes an initial inspection, customized recommendations, transparent pricing, and professional installation. We finish with careful inspection and cleanup, maintaining our commitment to quality.

Great communication. Clint came out within a few days of my call and walked our roof (no drones). He explained what he had observed on the roof and showed us samples of the products that they use. He was informative, polite, and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. When the estimate arrived, we felt confident signing with Hackman. I was pleasantly surprised that Clint was at our house the day of the install to go over the details with the crew before they started. It was extremely hot that day but the men worked efficiently and completed the roof in one day. The clean up was great. Our new gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later by two men who specialize in this and they did a great job. Clint came out after the roof and gutters were completed and again walked our roof to make sure that everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Hackman Smart Roof.

I called after I noticed a leak in my roof. Hackman Smart Roof was able to come out that very day and provide a quick fix to the leak and evaluate my roofing needs. Due to the age of my roof I determined it was time to actually do a full repair and had them do the job. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and very professionally. I have no hesitation recommending their services.

I had Hackman Smart Roof handle a full roof replacement on my property, and they were great. Even when some sheeting needed to be replaced, they stayed until the job was done. The professionalism of the entire team was outstanding—special thanks to Clint Huber for his dedication. The final product looked amazing. From start to finish, the progression of the job was nothing short of professional. I’d highly recommend Hackman Smart Roof to anyone looking for top-quality roofing work!

Can't say enough great things about Hackman SmartRoof! I initially called them out for a suspected roof leak, and Clint came by to evaluate the issue. Turns out the roof was functioning appropriately and the leak was coming from a separate and unrelated HVAC issue. While he was here he took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and identified that the ridge vent that was installed on the home by a separate company wasn’t functioning properly, which was affecting the attic ventilation and causing the 2nd floor to feel warmer than it should've been.
Clint explained everything clearly and recommended replacing the ridge vent. Once the work was scheduled, their technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was a pleasure to work with. Since the replacement, we’ve noticed a huge improvement—the temperature on the 2nd floor is significantly more comfortable, even on hot days!
It’s rare to find a company that’s honest, professional, and focused on long-term solutions instead of just short-term fixes. I highly recommend Hackman SmartRoof for any roofing or gutter needs!

I discovered Hackman Smart Roof years ago when Clint was the only person able to find and fix a persistent leak we had on a flat roof at one of our properties. He's always my first call. The job is done right and in a timely fashion. Why go anywhere else?

We have used Hackman for small repairs and large replacement projects. They are responsive, prompt, meet schedules and very professional. Their crews clean up after the project is done.
They actually talked me out of a roof replacement! Instead, they recommended repairs that will last me 5-7 years. Many other contractors would have just replaced the roof.

Wow, what a difference they made with our home. The new siding is amazing and just in time for the holidays. The office and sales department worked with us to find the perfect color at the best price. The manufacturer's home design tool was spot on. The installer crew was very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole project. Don't be fooled into paying for another company's advertising budget. Cannot be more pleased with the results. :)

I’ve worked with Clint and Hackman SmartRoof on two commercial roofing projects, and am very happy with their timeliness and workmanship, and ease of doing business with them. Recently a couple shingles blew off my roof at home. I called Marnie Bowers, and she arranged for Clint to visit my home the next day. Clint replaced the damaged shingles, and inspected my entire roof. His assessment was thorough, and I feel better knowing the condition and expected longevity of my roof.

These folks are awesome! I highly recommend!
We bought a newer home (2015 Model) and the home inspection company said to have the roof checked as they felt it may need to be replaced. I was a bit shocked to find out a practically new house needed a new roof?
Hackman offered to come check out the roof and give us their honest opinion. They said the roof definitely needed replaced. Kyle took almost 100 pictures while on our roof and showed how the roof was installed incorrectly and how the previous installers didn't have the air gun turned up high enough which caused shingles to tear.
They offered great suggestions and when installed the new roof they did exactly what they said they would, and even followed up afterwards to go over the warranty, and do a final inspection!
