Powering Progress. Preserving Trust.
Property owners and construction professionals throughout Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington turn to Paramount Electric Co. for coordinated electrical contracting services. We operate from Clackamas, Oregon, and have served the region since our establishment in 2011. Our management background in the electrical industry reaches back to 2001, and we maintain licensing, bonding, and insurance in both states. Commercial customers engage us for electrical construction on new developments, tenant space modifications, electrical design coordination, lighting modernization, control upgrades, utility installations, underground electrical infrastructure, and service programs. Our crews work closely with project teams to maintain schedules while preparing clean installations, clearly identified electrical panels, and complete project records.

We have experience supporting hotel renovations and brand conversions, senior care facilities, healthcare environments, apartments, mixed-use buildings, commercial kitchens, stores, schools, banks, dealerships, and municipal projects. Home electrical work is equally important to our business. We install upgraded electrical panels, replacement meters, EV charging stations, standby generators, lighting systems, and smoke or carbon monoxide alarm wiring. We also undertake rewiring, remodeling electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. Our company directly performs low-voltage services involving structured cabling, surveillance equipment, controlled entry systems, and audiovisual technology. Customers receive transparent estimates before work starts, while emergency electrical assistance remains available 24/7. We also participate in Energy Trust of Oregon programs and provide charitable electrical services through Paramount Gives.

Services
Commercial Electrical
We provide comprehensive commercial electrical services for new construction, tenant improvements, and business renovations. Our team coordinates installations with general contractors, property managers, and building owners. From electrical panel schedules to final inspections, we maintain accurate documentation and dependable project coordination. We also handle restaurant installations, hospitality facilities, service upgrades, and commercial lighting systems.
Residential Electrical Services
Residential electrical work requires careful planning, proper installation, and attention to safety. We provide these services for existing homes, renovations, and newly converted spaces. Our licensed electricians address problems involving outlets, grounding, electrical capacity, and obsolete wiring. Before beginning, we establish approved pricing and determine which repairs or improvements are genuinely necessary for your property.
Generator Installation & Service
From initial electrical load assessments through ongoing equipment maintenance, we handle standby generator requirements for homes and businesses. Our installation process includes selecting suitable generator capacity, coordinating gas service, obtaining permits, and installing transfer switches. We are an authorized Generac dealer, installer, and service provider, offering annual inspections, repairs, and warranty-related assistance.
EV Charger Installation
Our electrical installation services support convenient overnight vehicle charging and dedicated charging facilities at business locations. We work with major EV charger manufacturers and provide alternatives for plug-in charging units. Electrical capacity assessments help determine whether existing panels can accommodate charging circuits. For commercial and multifamily properties, we incorporate metering, load management, and future conduit planning.
