I am a new widow navigating a stressful plumbing issue. I met with Nick. He was the 3rd Plumber I was meeting that day. From the start he was friendly. Shook my hand. Asked what the problem was. I said I had a slow leak from the meter to my house but had no idea where it was. He explained how we could handle this issue. This is the 4th or 5th leak I have had! I decided to go for the full replace. It would be guaranteed for 15 years. So I did. Tripp and Nick showed up and both were professional, friendly and polite. They did an excellent job. Tripp went so far to get rid of the big black spider right next to my shut off valve in my basement! Goes above and beyond. After the repair they reseeded and laid down straw!

While visiting my Uncle in Kernersville, they had a running toilet and a leak at the base of it. We use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing where I live, so I suggested calling them. They arrived right on time, diagnosed a worn flapper and bad wax ring, and gave us a clear quote before starting. The repair took less than an hour, left no mess, and fixed the problem completely. Gave a fair price. Highly recommend!

Sebastian was AMAZING! He arrived earlier than what was quoted. He was very professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively and he took the time to explain what was going to be done and what was done. Jeff and Tripp were amazing!! My water heater died after almost 19yrs, it was leaking all over the garage floor. They came out the same day I called them and told them the water heater died. I upgraded to a tankless water heater. They were super knowledgeable and got me hot water the same day! I would definitely recommend!

Our kitchen sink had been backed up for 5 days and nothing we tried worked to get it flowing again. Turns out, the line was actually backed up solid with too much food debris and grease from cooking over the years. Sebastian came out and had us back up and running in just a couple of hours! Sebastian with Ben Franklin Plumbing is a great technician. Started out with a clogged toilet courtesy of our toddlers which led to a bad toilet and a discovered leak and a bad water heater. Customer service from the on the way text to the clear communication was top notch!

My water heater stopped working on Wednesday morning and I didn't realize that until 7pm that night. I contacted Benjamin Franklin responded and they presponded instantly. We scheduled an appointment over text (which is really cool) for 9 am next morning. Then I realized I got some leaking from my kitchen ceiling (through the light hole) and I freaked out and texted them again. Adam was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked me through shutting the water heater off step by step through a mix of calls and pics. Then Sebastian and Adam showed up on time next morning and did a great job. This will be my to-go place for any plumbing issues too. Also, the price was very reasonable.

I asked Benjamin Franklin Plumber to come and give me a second quotation for a few projects at our home. Nick Gaines, the technician, demonstrated a strong understanding of the plumbing system and what was needed to correct the issues we were experiencing.
I did not inform him of a previous quote from another company. However, Nick gave the appropriate recommendations and best of all a much better quote than the previous plumber.
My entire experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumber was pleasant from the confirmation texts between Tripp and myself, confirming arrival times and product selection of the kitchen faucet, to a text thanking me and asking for a my opinion of their services.
Nick was professional and courteous as well as meticulous in his craft.

We can’t say enough good things about Chris! Replacing our hot water heater ended up being more complicated than a simple tank swap, but Chris went above and beyond. He took the time to figure out exactly what needed to be done, gave us multiple options, and worked hard to get it all finished surprisingly fast.
Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain safety info and answer all our questions thoroughly. On top of that, he was just a genuinely great person to have in our home—friendly, personable, and respectful. He was so sweet to our 8-year-old daughter (and even joked back with her!) and was kind to our dogs too, even though they were gated away. Little things like that really meant a lot to us.
If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and truly cares about their work and the people they’re helping, we highly recommend Chris.

The pilot light on our hot water tank went out and Chris came out and took a look at it. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get someone over here and I especially appreciated how well Chris explained everything to me with our wonky setup we have currently and what we needed to have done. I had about 4-5 inches of water in my basement. I needed a new sump pump. Not only did they come the same day I called, but my sump pump was installed the same day. Ryan was friendly, answered every question/concern I had. And, the price was nice. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Corey was professional in every aspect of his service call. He politely introduced himself and took the time to explain how to light the gas fireplace in a way that did not make me feel foolish. It was my first time ever lighting or using a gas fireplace and I did not the house to explode!
He checked the hot water heater that feeds hot water to the baseboards and checked the gas powered hot water heater that supplies hot water for dishes, laundry and showers.
Corey explained that the hot water heater was four years old and that it is recommended that the tank be purged (emptied) every year to extend the life of the tank.
Based on his recommendation and the offer to waive the $79.00 service call fee, I gave him the go-ahead to empty the water tank.
We discussed a major project to re-plumb the whole house (it has been jury-rigged over the past 60+ years) and he said that he would rather have his manager come around (no charge) to give a better, more experienced estimate for such a large project.
I strongly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and I will probably call on their service next summer for the whole-house re-plumb.
