Our expertise spans modern and traditional styles across various lot configurations in the Seattle area.
Additions
Our addition services help homeowners increase living space while maintaining architectural integrity. We specialize in creating seamless transitions between existing structures and new elements, whether adding square footage for growing families or updating outdated layouts. The process includes structural analysis, code compliance verification, and material selection to ensure cohesive aesthetics and long-term functionality for Seattle climate conditions.

We transform existing spaces through comprehensive remodeling solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics. Services cover kitchen and bathroom upgrades, layout reconfigurations, and whole-house modernizations. Our approach balances contemporary design trends with practical considerations like storage optimization and energy efficiency. We provide detailed specifications and contractor coordination to minimize disruption during construction phases.
Interior Design
Our interior design services focus on creating cohesive, livable environments that reflect client personalities. We develop customized color schemes, material selections, and furniture layouts while considering lighting and spatial flow. The process includes mood boards, showroom visits, and detailed finish specifications to ensure consistent execution. We emphasize durable, sustainable materials suited for Pacific Northwest climates.
Feasibility Studies
We conduct comprehensive property assessments to evaluate development potential before project initiation.
