Faq
It's a little confusing because it can vary by state, city, or even the county or township you live in, but the short answer is no.
Renovations require permits when the job removes a load-bearing wall, changes the roofline, includes an addition, or requires installation for new plumbing or electrical.
It's a case-by-case basis, and we'll let you know if your job will require a permit.
It's not just crucial that you only work with a contractor who is licensed and insured; it's not even questionable.
