Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process lifts deep-seated dirt and allergens from carpets using 80% less water than steam cleaning. This method ensures faster drying times, reduces mold risks, and leaves no sticky residue. Ideal for households with children or pets, the system combines carbonation power with truck-mounted equipment for a thorough clean that extends carpet lifespan while maintaining indoor air quality.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets odor sources at the molecular level using specialized solutions and UV light detection. The treatment breaks down urine crystals in carpets, padding, and subfloors, eliminating smells permanently rather than masking them. Effective for both recent accidents and old stains, this service restores hygiene and comfort in homes with multiple pets or chronic odor issues through a 24-36 hour chemical reaction process.
Area Rug Cleaning
We clean all rug types including delicate Oriental and Persian varieties using pH-balanced solutions that preserve dyes and fibers. Our technicians perform pre-cleaning analysis to determine optimal methods for synthetic, wool, or silk materials. The process removes embedded dirt and allergens while protecting intricate patterns, followed by protective treatments to resist future staining. Rugs dry quickly without residual moisture that could damage underlying floors.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Professional stone, tile, and grout cleaning removes built-up grime from porous surfaces using high-pressure extraction equipment. The service includes pretesting for acid-sensitive materials like marble, deep-cleaning with specialized solutions, and protective sealing to prevent future staining. Technicians address color restoration and polishing needs while ensuring surfaces remain safe for families and pets through non-toxic cleaning agents.
Upholstery Cleaning
Hot Carbonating Extraction cleans upholstered furniture by lifting dirt and allergens without oversaturating fabrics. The Natural solution removes 89% of airborne bacteria while protecting fibers from re-soiling. Technicians apply protectants to create stain-resistant barriers on sofas, chairs, and mattresses, extending furniture lifespan. The process works on all fabric types while maintaining color vibrancy and texture integrity.

Ive used chemdry in the past and was happy with the results and needed my carpets cleaned again. Shawn was very professional. Wore a mask and adhered to social distancing. My carpets feel amazing! Bedroom, hallway, landing area, stairs and living room for around $250 with a protectant. Very good bang for you buck and my carpets feel awesome.
