Weve used Washburn for many years and have never been disappointed in the service weve received. They are responsive, professional, exceptionally capable, and will provide service beyond whats required. In a recent visit, they not only preformed the scheduled maintenance on our heating and A/C equipment, but spent a good amount of time helping us investigate a rodent problem in our attic. Jason and TJ were extremely professional and friendly. They offered a financing plan immediatly once they realized our entire HVAC system would have to be replaced. They were on time and installed a new HVAC system. They made sure everything was working correctly and walked me through everything they did. They also completed duct cleaning for our entire home which we had went years without doing.
It was quite a lot of work and they still managed to get it all done in an efficient manner. We are so grateful for Jason and TJ and we will only be using Washburn Air from here on out! Thank you all so much for everything!

My AC was not cooling and someone I work with recommended Washburn Air. When I called they sent someone out the same afternoon! Chris was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and professional and easily diagnosed the problem with my outside unit! It required further service and he came back and replaced the part and now its blissfully cool in my house! It was a great experience dealing with Washburn Air and I highly recommend them! I will only use them for service going forward!
