I cannot measure my satisfaction with Ethan and his crew by just using the five stars. I had a portion of my roof blow off in a wind storm and after randomly picking First Rate off a Google search they overwhelmed my house. They were out there immediately to do a temporary patch while I worked with insurance. On the day I approved the invoice they actually had the permanent repair scheduled and completed before I even saw the response. They set my mind at ease in a situation that could have been stressful. Ethan is an authentic, trustworthy, professional, and reliable owner/operator.

First i have had 2 bid froom different roofing company . And i feel like they are taking advantage of me CALLING EVERYDAY PRESURING ME THAT MAKES UNCOMFORTABLE. Then i took a chance with FIRST RATE ROOFING SERVICES. ETHAN THE OWNER IS VERY HONEST I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE TALKING TO HIM. HE DID NOT PRESURE ME AT ALL he even said i could get anather bid if i want to and the price he gave is reasonabl and affordable. I am satisfied with thier job. I will recomend them to my friend. Ethan was very professional and very experienced at what he was doing. Found my problem with my roof and fixed it . I would recommend him for any roof problems. Very professional and kind and willing to help. Very honest and prompt. Even though very busy with many other calls for leaks after our storm he still came out when he said he would. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Wow, what a gem of a business! You never know what you're going to get when you find a business on Google but we hit the lottery with this find. They were fast, reliable, honest and so reasonably priced. I will be using them for all my future roofing needs.

We had First Rate Roofing replace all the fasteners on our storage building roofs, clean the gutters, and replace damaged gutters at our storage facility. Ethan and his crew did a great job! They worked efficiently and communicated well throughout the project. Would highly recommend them for business or personal projects.

Excellent work. Ethan recommended a TPO membrane roof for our low slope roof. This should have been done by previous roofer. Chris and Cameron completed the job in a day and a half, ripped out rotted decking, and did an immaculate job cleaning up. Super professional crew, wonderful to work with. Very pleased with job. I selected First Rate based on very positive comments from a co-worker.

Not only is Ethan a near and dear friend of mine, he is also a friend to anyone he comes in contact with. From working for the man to being the man to call with any handyman/roofing services I am convinced that he and his company of professionals are and should be your first call for anything involving protecting your homes first line of weather defense!

I inquired as to someone coming out to inspect my roof after my insurance wrote me a letter giving me a year to replace my roof or they would cancel me. Ethan came out the very same day and took a look. He was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt as though he was honest and not just trying to sell me a service. While he was up on the roof inspecting he even went out of his way to seal some areas up. If this is how he treats potential customers, I am sure that his customers are in great hands. I am sure to reach out in the future!

Ethan and his team helped me several months ago when I had shingles flying off my roof when we had high wind storms. He came and reviewed the work that was needed, provided pictures of all the areas and then came back a couple days later to complete the job. Everything was perfect.

Then last week my elderly neighbor came over for help because he had a roof leak. I immediately reached out to Ethan. Understanding that rain was on the way, Ethan and his team moved his schedule around and came over to assist my neighbor. He assessed the issue and was able to provide a short term fix right there on the spot and provided details if we need to replace the vent long term. Because the fix was pretty quick, Ethan and team didnt even charge my neighbor for their assistance. My neighbor was so grateful! I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness by Ethan and team.

First Rate Roofing did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They subscribe to the saying" under promise and over deliver". The owner, Eathan, was always available to answer my questions. Something that is rare is this day and age. His entire crew was great and the quality of their work exceptional. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future roofing work I have.

I had they guys at First Rate come out and fix all sorts of things that seem to stack up on the forever ending too do list. Needless to say it was a first class service. The guys went above and beyond what I booked them to do. They were on time, professional, and extremely courteous. Im more than ecstatic, with the work they and wont think twice about having them work on my house again. No problem seemed out of their skill set and they even knocked out a few extra things I havent even noticed. Now I can enjoy my summer days and weekends off, without feeling overwhelmed about having to do more work. Cant say thank you enough! If you ever just want to get that pesky too do list knocked out, dont hesitate to have these guys out!

First Rate Roofing did an excellent job from the beginning to completion. The estimate, explanation of the work to be done, the installation and the clean up when all was completed. The whole process working with Ethan and his team was great. From the initial call out to inspect and provide a quote (multiple options in our case) everything was clear, concise and upfront. To the repair in which his team did a great job, and best of all were great to my kids who were in the back yard asking questions non stop while they worked. Overall cant recommend them enough!
