If you are looking for an adviser to help you navigate through any and all insurance-related matters, look no further than to DOC. We are first time homebuyers and had a ton of questions - DOC always responded promptly, made us feel comfortable asking any and all of our questions, and helped us to to actually understand what we are paying for as part of our insurance policies. I’ve been with Kovalev Insurance Agency since they opened in the early 90s. They have never disappointed me. Always responsive and supportive. Always looking for the best value for me. I dealt with several employees of the agency over the years and all of them were extremely professional, polite and friendly. I have never had to wait for more than an hour to receive an email response or a call back. If my agent was unavailable, their colleagues would eagerly help. I even asked my current agent, Sonia Carneiro, to advise my son who lives in a different state on his insurance. She called him herself and answered all of his questions.
