I had a great experience with Duncan Home Services, particularly my technician, Tyler. He communicated his ETA and once he began working on our issue, he clearly communicated what was happening. In the end, it was a relatively minor issue and he was able to rectify things pretty easily. I appreciated the honesty, because Ive had service providers in the past use minor issues as an opportunity to unreasonably upsell me on unneeded repairs. I will definitely be using Duncan moving forward.

I cannot say enough, kind things about Sean with Duncan home services. He was understanding he knew what was wrong with our dishwasher and insured that we got the best value for what was happening. I will definitely be calling them again if we have any appliance issues. They were honest, trustworthy and welcoming in our home and treated our home like their own. I called Duncan Home Services based on the VERY high recommendation of a friend. The scheduler was able to fit me in for repair work early the next day. The technician (Justin) arrived on time and got right to work quickly diagnosing the problem. He was unable to perform the repair work that day because I needed to defrost the refrigerator prior to any work being done. Again, they were able to get Justin back out the following day. He arrived on time and our refrigerator is now back up and running. Im pleased and will call Duncan Home Services again.

Super great repair team, had a guy named Matt. Fast, friendly, and did I mention fast? They had to order parts and the parts arrived the next day and they were back out the day after. Pretty amazing. Always arrived in their window as well, texted/communicated well, and a good price to boot. Even the home office scheduling and such was nice and easy.

The service technician arrived promptly on time. He reviewed the situation and told me that a part needs replacing, but the part is no longer available. He suggested several brands that are reliable, and the design that works best in his opinion, which sounded sensible to me. I am very pleased with his service.

Everything from the start to finish with Duncan was GREAT! From the office staff to the tech. Sean was amazing and knowledgeable and patient. Even though we opted to not fix the appliance and buy another one, it was worth the modest service

The compressor on my LG fridge had gone bad and Sean was very honest with me about the cost of repairs. With his advice I decided to buy a new fridge. He could have tried to talk me into just repairing my old fridge but we both agreed that didn't make sense. Justin was awesome to work with and he even put up with my crazy puppy that would not leave him alone. Very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and was in and out in no time. Duncan Services did a great job at keeping you informed of arrival times and when parts were in. I have used these folks in the past and will continue to do so with any of my appliances, well worth the price and great people to work with!
