At JWILCO, we understand that finishing touches contribute significantly to the way a home looks and feels. We offer comprehensive finish work, including decorative molding, trim installation, wainscoting, beadboard, custom built-ins, tile, backsplashes, and various flooring options. Our services also cover painting, lighting, mirrors, cabinet hardware, and outdoor features. We generally provide the necessary lumber, trim, and hardware, taking care to achieve a consistent finish that suits the home's existing design.
A well-designed kitchen should accommodate cooking, family activities, and entertaining without compromising comfort or organization. At JWILCO, we reconfigure kitchen layouts to improve movement, increase storage, and create more usable counter space. Our services encompass premium cabinetry, durable quartz, granite, or quartzite surfaces, custom tile backsplashes, and updated lighting. We also discuss project scope, anticipated duration, and budget before construction begins.
We create bathrooms that combine everyday practicality with the comfort and elegance of a spa-inspired retreat. Our comprehensive remodeling services cover material selection, custom tile installation, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical work, permitting, and finishing details. From compact powder rooms to expansive primary bathrooms, we develop thoughtful layouts and install modern fixtures tailored to your needs.
At JWILCO, we design and build home additions and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) that accommodate changing family needs while enhancing comfort and long-term home value. Our approach emphasizes architectural consistency, carefully matching existing rooflines, siding, windows, and finishes. We oversee construction from foundation work through interior detailing, coordinating permits, structural engineering, and utility integration for a well-managed building experience.
Our custom construction solutions are designed for homeowners seeking features beyond conventional remodeling options. We develop personalized spaces through structural layout changes, specialty carpentry, distinctive outdoor structures, and accessibility upgrades. By working directly with you throughout the building process, we ensure your ideas are carefully incorporated into the finished project. We also handle engineering, permitting, and precise finish work, prioritizing structural integrity and long-term performance.
We deliver interior and exterior painting solutions that improve the appearance of residential spaces while adding a protective finish to existing surfaces. Our team carefully masks work areas, covers floors, refines trim edges, and corrects surface imperfections before applying paint. For exterior projects, we remove deteriorating paint, clean surfaces, seal gaps, and prime bare wood. Premium materials and professional techniques help extend the life of each finish.

JWILCO was a pleasure to work with! Business Manager, Josh Jones worked very hard to give me a beautiful & functional bathroom, within my budget! His crew of Jeremy, Samuel & Tobias were always on time, courteous, respectful & left our bathroom clean during remodel, for us to still get to our master closet on the daily! It is hard to find contractors now days that feel your time is just as valuable as theirs! Josh always called when he said he would, & returned my calls in a very timely manner. That is very rare now days, & I am very appreciative! I love my new bathroom & would not hesitate to use them for future remodeling!

Its honestly a little scary taking on a big project like re-siding your house, but Josh and his crew made the whole experience so much easier. From the start, we felt like we could truly trust themand that means everything.
They showed up and worked hard every single day, rain or shine, and did an amazing job. Not only are they skilled, but theyre also kind, honest, and just great people to work with. Were so thankful and would absolutely recommend them!

I am very pleased with the work done to install a backsplash in our kitchen. Josh helped me get samples of tile to decide what would look best with our existing materials. Jeremy and others on site showed up on time, worked carefully, and the final result is beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone!

JWILCO was an amazing company to work with. They did a total and complete siding job with James Hardie siding on our 1968 home.
They worked diligently and thoroughly, arriving punctually and consistently every morning of the job. It was obvious that they took great care in the entirety of the work that they did. I was highly impressed.
Best contractor experience ever!!

Im very impressed and happy with my remodel results from the work that Jeremy and Josh did for me. The bid was accurate and they arrived promptly every morning. Everything was organized well and I always knew what part of the project would be completed next. They checked in with me to see what I thought and asked my opinions when we need to make decisions. I added a few things and that was no problem. They always left my home clean and secure at the end of the day. I own my own real estate firm and I have never experienced this quality of work. I have recommended them to many of my clients and family. They painted the interior, added bead board in two rooms, added board and batten in the foyer and living dining rooms, changed the lighting and mirrors, enclosed my patio and added a storm door. The improvement is remarkable and truly makes my house a home. Below are before and after photos.
